As many of you may know, Jackass is currently under fire. Friday January 26, shortly after watching the Jackass marathon, 13 year old Jason Lind from Connecticut, suffered second and third degree burns when he and two friends poured gasoline on his legs and then set it on fire. They claim they got the idea from watching a segment of Jackass. Unlike Johnny Knoxville, Jason wore no flame retardant suit and was under no supervision. Now Jason's parents are angry and have even involved Senator Joe Liberman in an attempt to cancel Jackass to keep kids from watching. They have even been seen on TV blaming Johnny Knoxville himself.
